Owner’s Risk :

All the consignments are accepted for Air lifting by J M S Logistics at owner’s Risk Basis only. This will be the clear cut understanding that the same will be covered with proper insurance coverage by the customer (legal Owner of the Consignment), for any unfortunate eventualities with their insurer.  We will ensure safety of the consignments while in our custody/warehouse/in transits. However any loss arising in the events of the damages/theft/leakages/shortages/vehicle accidents/robbery, due to unavoidable circumstances, upon verifying the situation we will issue certificate of fact for enabling the customer to claim thru their Agencies. For issue of COF/documentation, we will charge 0.2% of the declared value of the cargo.

 

Carriers Risk :

Some Special Cases we will accept the consignments on Carrier risk basis for that we will charge 2% of the declared value of cargo on prepaid basis. No credit will be given for this.

 

Payments Terms :

We will be offering you credit payment terms for 15 days from the date of submission of bills.

 

Price Escalation Clause :

In the event of any Hike in put costs like Air Freight rates, Statutory levies and petrol rates etc during the Contract period the rates will be revised with mutual understanding by both the parties.
